Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
The default method of shipping is UPS ground
unless otherwise requested. We must have a physical street address.
UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. We charge exact UPS shipping charge
plus insurance and delivery confirmation - no exceptions. Plus we
charge an additional $5 handling charge which covers normal shipping
supplies (boxes, tape, strapping, packing material etc.). We send
out all orders Signature Required for release - NO
EXCEPTIONS. Overnight Shipments - Orders are pulled daily
every morning. If you order in the evening your part will ship the
next business day. Orders shipped overnight on Friday will be
delivered on Monday unless you specify Saturday delivery.
We can only ship credit card orders to the United
States or Canada. All other international orders must be handled by
wire transfer.
WARRANTY
Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those
made by the manufacturer. The seller, Gene Evans Ford, Inc., hereby
expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied,
including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other
person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of
said products. Ford Motor Co. offers a 12mo.or 12,000 mile warranty
on their products. Ford Racing parts have NO warranty due to the
nature of their use.
RETURNS
All claims and returns must be accompanied by the
original invoice. All returns must be in the original boxes in
resale condition. No returns after 20 days. There will be a 20%
restocking fee on all returns. Electrical parts are NON-RETURNABLE.
OMISSIONS & ERRORS
Neither Gene Evans Ford, or Heff Communications are responsible for
any typographical errors or omissions. We have tried with the utmost
diligence to strive for accuracy in detail and pricing. Any errors
found were unintentional and we would appreciate your contacting us
to make us aware of them.
