WHOLESALE DEALER QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications: Dealers MUST meet these requirements to
qualify.

Business
name and address with state tax ID number or business license must be
supplied.

Georgia
sales must have tax-exempt number. Tax will be charged if number not on
file at time of order.

Initial
purchase requirement of $2500, yearly minimum $9000 (Waived for a
limited time)

Dealer
sales will be paid by credit card (MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX)

Open
credit accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A
flat handling charge of $5 will be added to each order.
Shipping:
-
Each
dealer account must have a UPS shipping account.
-
All
shipping charges will be billed directly to your UPS account.

Shipping
via UPS, FEDEX and BAX Global freight is available.
-
Wheels
will not be shipped via FEDEX
-
Products
that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company must be
reported to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order.
If not the customer could be held liable for all damages caused through
shipping. Please remember do not discard any portion of the packaging
material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton
and its contents. Always remember to personally inspect all packages
prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you
liable for damages. Gene Evans Ford is not liable for any damaged
products received.
Returns:
- All
high performance products carry no warranty unless expressed by the
manufacturer.
- Returns
require authorization. Returns without prior authorization will be sent
back to you.
- Parts
ordered in error can be returned with an offsetting order. You will be
responsible for shipping charges to and from Gene Evans Ford.
- No
returns after 30 days.
Backorders:
- In
the event of partial backorder, we will ship all available parts, or you
may request that the order be held until it can be filled complete.
Pricing:
- Pricing
is set at 10% over cost or what ever is published on our website –
whichever is lowest.
- Pricing
information can be obtained by contacting one of our sales
representatives.
